Introduction

Colibre is an AI-driven app designed to empower young people with personalized behavioral insights and financial advice. Our main features include analyzing spending habits, identifying patterns and opportunities for saving and investment. It is suited for young people, who are inexperienced in navigating their finances, or anyone who requires support in that area. Colibre aims to support people through the confusing world of finances and increase financial literacy.

Colibre is mainly powered by artificial intelligence, in order to provide tailored feedback and operate with relevant data in the most efficient way. We use several algorithms and models for forecasting and prediction, behavioural analysis, risk management, and investor segmentation.

Acceptance and Terms of Use

We ask you abide by the Term and Conditions described and be informed with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. When or if, these revisions are made, they will be made available on our website and they will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continues use of the services after posting these revisions will be considered an agreement to them. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THOSE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

The Service is offered and available to users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Colibré and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

Colibre provides personalized financial insights and behavioral analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The app is not a licensed financial advisor, investment broker, or fiduciary, and the recommendations provided by its AI-driven system should not be considered professional financial, legal, or investment advice. All financial decisions are solely the responsibility of the user. We strongly encourage users to consult with a qualified financial professional before making any significant financial, investment, or legal decisions.

Amendments

Colibre reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or service offerings. When significant changes are made, we will notify users through the app, email, or other appropriate channels. It is the user’s responsibility to review these updates regularly. Continued use of Colibre after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

User Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and meaningful financial recommendations, users must provide truthful and up-to-date information when using Colibre. This includes details about income, expenses, financial goals, and other relevant financial data. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing and updating this information. Any reliance on AI-generated recommendations without verifying the accuracy of input data may result in suboptimal outcomes or financial risks, which are the user’s responsibility.

By using Colibre, you consent to the collection and AI-driven processing of your financial and behavioral data. This processing is essential to deliver personalized recommendations and insights. Users acknowledge that the app’s recommendations are generated through algorithmic methods, which may include machine learning models. You have the right to withdraw consent to data processing; however, doing so may impact the app’s ability to provide personalized services.

Registrations and User Account

Colibre leverages AI technology to analyze financial behavior and generate personalized recommendations. However, AI-driven insights may be subject to inaccuracies or limitations due to incomplete or outdated data, market changes, or technological errors. While we strive for accuracy, Colibre cannot guarantee that all recommendations will be correct, relevant, or appropriate for every user’s unique financial situation. Users should exercise discretion and seek human professional advice when needed.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service for all users, but Colibre may occasionally experience disruptions due to system maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features or services at our discretion. We are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused by temporary service interruptions or changes to the app.

User Content

Fees and Payment Terms

Colibré application download is free of charge. The free version allows you to use the basic features of the app. You can unlock the Premium features by purchasing the Premium version.

Prices are displayed in your local currency (if supported) and always include VAT (Value Added Tax). Current information about offers and prices is displayed in the Colibré app. We reserve the right to change prices and availability of features. Users are responsible for maintaining an active payment method and for any recurring subscription fees.

Payment is due and payable immediately upon completion of the purchasing process. Performance starts immediately after a successful transaction through electronic means by unlocking Paid features in Colibré application. Purchasing subscription requires Internet connection which may incur additional costs according to the standard rates of your ISP.

If you purchased a subscription, it will automatically renew itself for another term of the same length, unless you cancel it before the current term runs out. The subscription price is charged on the first day of the new term. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription term and Colibré will be downgraded.

Available payment methods include but are not limited to, credit and debit cards, gift cards or PayPal and may vary according to the distribution platform. Provider itself doesn't store any payment information or process payments.

Distribution platforms, payment solution providers or their contractors are solely responsible for the payment processing.

Refunds for the in-app purchases are generally not provided.

Warranties and Limitations

Colibré provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any express or implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable European and Bulgarian laws. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Colibre’s AI-driven insights are based on data processing algorithms, which may have limitations, including inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete data analyses. While we strive to provide accurate and useful recommendations, users should understand that AI-generated outputs are inherently probabilistic and not guaranteed to be precise or optimal for every situation. As required by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Colibré processes personal and financial data lawfully, transparently, and securely, with strict safeguards in place to protect user information. Users acknowledge that despite these efforts, no system is completely immune to data breaches or unauthorized access, and Colibré shall not be liable for any data loss or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Furthermore, Colibré does not assume liability for financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse decisions resulting from reliance on its AI-generated recommendations. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, in accordance with Bulgarian and European Union regulations. Any statutory consumer rights, as prescribed by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and other relevant EU directives, shall remain unaffected. By using Colibré, users accept that they retain ultimate responsibility for their financial decisions and are encouraged to seek professional financial or legal advice when necessary.

You are legally responsible for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other material uploaded, posted or stored in connection with your use of our Service. Colibré is not responsible for your content. You hereby grant Colibré a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and use the Content in order to provide you with the Service. You are encouraged to archive your content regularly and frequently.

All information we collect through our app is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

All information used for the operation of our Service is gathered from public database, such as financial portals that have relevant data regarding stock prices, economic indicators, etc., news, media, and articles, as well as Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
